Brand Voice

Brand Voice saves your company details, products and tone once, so drafts sound like your business instead of generic AI text.

Add your company

  1. Click Brand Voice in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Company and fill in:
    • Company Name and Website
    • Tagline, Industry and a short Description
    • Target Audience — who you write for
    • Tone of Voice — for example friendly, expert, playful
    • Specific Instructions — anything the AI must always (or never) do
  3. Under Products or Services, add each product or service with its Name, Type and Key Features.
  4. Click Save.

Use it

In templates that offer it, choose your company (and product) before you click Generate. The AI then uses your details and tone.

Tip

Write Key Features as plain facts customers care about ("delivers in 24 hours", "works offline"). The AI repeats what you give it, so keep it accurate.
