Open a support request (best)

1. Sign in at app.forewrite.com.
2. Click Support in the sidebar — or Submit a ticket at the bottom of your dashboard.
3. Click Create New Support Request.
4. Fill in the Subject, choose a Support Category and Support Priority, write your Message, and click Send.

You can follow the conversation and reply on the same page.

Write to care@forewrite.com. Please send it from your account email and include:

• what you were trying to do, and which tool,
• what happened (a screenshot helps),
• for payment questions, your Gumroad receipt or order number.
