AI Chat

Ask anything — ideas, answers, rewrites, plans — and switch between AI models in the same conversation to compare answers.

Start a chat

1. Click AI Chat in the sidebar.
2. Type your message at the bottom and press Enter.
3. Keep going: AI Chat remembers the conversation, so you can say "make it shorter" or "now in Hindi".

Choose the AI model

Use the model menu in the chat to pick a model:

• Premium models — your most important writing and hardest questions. They use your monthly allowance.
• Fast models — quick answers, brainstorming and summaries.

You can switch models in the middle of a conversation to compare answers.

Find an old chat

Your chats are listed in AI Chat, newest first. Open one to continue where you left off.

Tip

Only some models show up in the menu? The list depends on your plan. With Forewrite Pro you get the premium models as well as the fast ones.
